The conference will take place in VVF Plaine d'Alsace Obernai. You can get there by train from Strasbourg (around one train every half hour), which takes around 30 minutes. You can then take a bus to the VVF (line A to Camping). Here is an example of itinerary. Alternatively, it takes around 30 minutes by foot from the station to the VVF.

For international travelers, the most likely way to Strasbourg is to fly to Paris Charles de Gaulle, then take a direct TGV from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Strasbourg. Strasbourg also has an airport which is rather close to Obernai so it may be worth looking into flights there, but it is a small airport with little connection.
